Mount Major Kingswood K6

Kingswood is awesome! He has everything we look for in a bull: low birthweight, bumper EMA and superb growth combine to give him a fantastic supermarket index. He also has heaps of softness and great feet and legs. Kingwood's dam Josie H11 is the best cow that we have bred. Her performance and structure are second to none in the herd and she is ranked No 3 on the female list for supermarket index within the breed.

Jan 2018 update: at 3.5 years, Kingswood has matured into a frame 6.5 bull. He still has the most amazing feet and legs and is one of the most complete bulls I have seen. As more scan data comes in from Kingswood calves around the globe, Kingswood is now a trait leader for birthweight, 200d and 400d and 600d weight.

Mount Major Gazzle G6

Gazzle is an excellent early-maturing animal by our best bull. He has just been structurally assessed and he has outstanding feet and legs with 5s nearly all round (5 is ideal on a scale of 0-10). He has an amazing EBV for milk, in the top 5% of the breed. Gazzle has excellent growth and is in the top 10% for his growth and $ index figures. He has the type to match his growth figures and has just been judged Champion Male in the NEVBPG On farm show challenge. We were lucky enough to visit Gazzle recently and see how well he has grown and his first crop of calves.

Mount Major Quantum Q1

A stunning young bull that has stood out since birth, soft and thick and chock full of meat. His sire Jupiter is an elite bull and soft as butter and his dam, Delvene N8, is an elite cow with outstanding conformation and carcass traits. We are proud to be producing bulls of this calibre.
